Hi everyone,

I have photoshop Elements 10, I have under preferances set for automatic download. But when I insert my Sony digital camera via a cable into the USB port. It will not auto download. I have to open PS and manualy click on download from camera or card reader, then selcct j: and then all pictures will download.

Is there a fix for this? Some time back, it used to work the min. I inserted the the camera into the USB port it would auto open PS and download the pictures.

I had auto play allready inabled. That did not solve the issue. When I insert my camera (sony) output cable into the USB port on my computer,, there is no automatic download into PS 10. I have to manualy open PS click on download from camera or card reader, then select (J) and then it will download the pictures from my Sony camera.
