Hello I have recently got a new MacBook Pro with Retina display and Mac Sierra as OS. I had an earlier model on which I had installed Photoshop 10 and Premiere 10 and which was also running with Sierra , though when I installed Photoshop and Premiere I had an earlier OS. I naturally wanted to instal them on my new Mac so I used the links here

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html . and here

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/kb/premiere-elements-downloads.html

Unfortunately neither can be installed once I download them, I get a message saying that the disk my be ejected. What shall I do? Can anyone help?

many thanks

Alex

Unfortunately it does not work at all, I can see the Unix terminal icon but it will not allow me to open it.

Any other suggestion?
