Photoshop elements 10 and premiere 10 fail to remember serial numbers!

Periodically when I go t use elements 10 and premiere 10 I have to re-enter the serial numbers.  I had posted before under case 0221188445 concerning elements 10.  I downloaded the program from the Adobe site and installed it as was suggested.  I worked OK for a few days.  I recently purchased and registered premiere 10, registered it on the adobe site, downloaded it from the site instead of the discs.  Today I went to use premiere and I had to enter the serial numbers.  I tried elements and the same thing, I had to re-enter the serial number.  This is getting very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
