Hi all!

I have installed and reinstalled the PSE10 several times, deleted manually files and everything else that I have found as help on the www but I still cant

get it to work. I have installed from  my CDs and I have downloaded new files from Adobe, still same problem.

After installation when i click on the icon i get an error message saying that the system cannot find the Photshop elements 10.exe file. The file is no where to be found.

I have tried to use the Photoshopeditor.exe file but it will not open the organizer how much I try.

Anyone who can help me out with solving my problem, please?

Regards,

Marco

    Hi Marco

Can you check that the installation is complete. You are looking for the application.

    Go to:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12

Inside the Photoshop Elements 12 folder scroll down to the files begging with P and locate

    PhotoshopElementsEditor

If you can find it, right-click on it and choose Run as administrator

    Hi 99jon.

The installation is complete (I assume) and I have opened that file both as user and now as admin but I still get the small windows saying: "Loading the elements organizer workspace" when i click on Organizer button in the top left menu. then the small window closes and nothing changes. So Photoshop opens and works as it should but not the organizer. Any suggestions what to do, please?

    Try launching directly as Admin

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 12 Organizer

    PhotoshopElementsOrganizer
