Question

Photoshop Elements 10 not recognising stylus pressure sensitivity - HP Envy x360

Issue listed in title!

It recognises the pen, but doesn't pick up pressure sensitivity. Other apps, like the pre-installed Autodesk Sketchbook do recognise pressure sensitivity.

Also can't make the brush tool work without holding down the pen button - don't know if this issue is connected?

Ended up using the free trial of Photoshop CC and it works with that, so will probably just continue subscribing.

Photoshop has may more features than Elements and the Photography Plane is a bargain if you have a need for a powerful image editor web development tool. Photoshop is way more than Elements

I use Photoshop it only support Touch gestures with touch screens.  Photoshop require active pen support for Pen support.  I would think the sane world be true for Photoshop Elements.  You need a higher model HP Laptop the supports pens and a HP Active pen.   Your stylus is not a pen it is a finger substitute.
