Photoshop Elements 11 backup no .tly file

I'm trying to backup and restore a catalog on a old computer with Elements 11 to a new computer with Elements 2023. I've performed a full backup of the old catalog, but when trying to restore the catalog in the new computer there is no .tly file to select.

The folder in which I stored the backup contains two files without extensions (B0000001 and B0000002), a large number of .xml files, and every .jpg that from the old catalog.

I tried backing up the catalog several times with identical results, and I'm not sure what to do next.
