Photoshop Elements 11 missing OK button

It was always there, now the OK button has gone from the guided section that does level adjustment. What's the problem - I have reinstalled the software with no change?

    Is this after you click Create Levels Adjustment? Try pressing Return.

    You can also do levels adjustments by opening an image in Expert mode and pressing Ctrl+L (Cmd+L on Mac) to launch the levels dialog.
