Photoshop Elements 11 Panoramic

I am using Photoshop Elements 11.  When I attempt to do a panoramic with only 2 images that are currently in NEF I am getting this message: 

 

Error 1: Unable to create Window

-Server interface error 'No component returned from CreateWidget'.

Line 387

->   var w = new Window(res);

 

I am not real computer savvy, so in simple lanquage how do I remedy this?  I would need step by step istructions.

Go to your preferences EDIT > PREFERENCES > GENERAL :  Do what the arrow is pointing at.



If that don't work: reinstall the program-- it sounds like you are missing some "behind the scenes files" that may be pretty important. 

Yes, that is a photo of my parents at a high school dance back in 1955.
