Photoshop Elements 11 /Premiere

Hallo.

Hab mal ne Frage bitte: Seit Jahren läuft mein Elements 11perfect ,doch seit 3Tagen funktioniert es nicht mehr.

Die Schrift im Elements Oranizer ist oben mega groß und die kleine Raider wie Datei,Bearbeiten

usw. ganz winzig klein.Bild1

Im Photoshop sehe ich gar nichts. Filter,Bearbeiten,Bild,Ansicht,Fenster... und was da drunter ist u aufgehen müsste -da hab ich nur die Pfeile und nix dahinter.

Yes should also update - 80euro. but why? It always worked beautifully

I have the same problem. I opened the program to find that I can not even load menu options or open an image without the program crashing. I should not have to buy an updated version, when I paid for this software which is now garbage. Why can I not speak to someone on the phone? Why is there no customer support for this issue?
