photoshop elements 11 problems

Question

On my macbook Air, Photoshop Elements 11 will not process raw photos. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and I am still having problems with it, we have updated adobe and my Macbook is currently running on OS X Yosemite. Any assistance would be much appreciate or a direct email  to Adobe where i can ask them directly.

What camera make and model are you using? PSE11 can’t be updated for the newest cameras.

You can batch convert a whole folder of raw images into Adobe raw (DNG) and the dng files will be backward compatible with your software.
