Photoshop Elements 11 with Windows 10

when I open Photoshop Elements 11 in my computer, the font is too small, I can barely read anything.

Try going to Windows>Settings>System>Display and change the Scale setting.

(You can get to the settng by right-clicking on the Windows desktop and choosing Display Settings from the context menu.)
