Photoshop elements 12

Hi, I am not amble to use elements 12 anymore. No able to use the drop down menu in editor to choose the option I need. We already removed and re-installed this version. What could be the issue? Please advise! Regards, Emmie

    It may be related to the recent forced update of Windows 10.
