Photoshop Elements 12 download site

I have Photoshop Elements 12 , my hard drive crashed and I need to reinstall. I bought it from Amazon and they no longer have download available. I did register program and I saved  serial# and program. When I tried to reinstall  the program error says not all files needed to install available. Is there a site I could download Elements 12 program , I can't get it from Amazon and I don't see it on Adobe site. I thought I posted a similar message , but I don't see any posts from me.I apoligize if this is a duplication, I'm new to this site.
