photoshop elements 12 issues

 Bonjour,

Tout d'abord merci de me répondre aussi rapidement. Ensuite je tiens à préciser que j'ai bien acheté le logiciel

photoshop éléments 12 et que celui-ci marchait parfaitement jusqu'en milieu d'année.

Je vous ai envoyé la copie d'écran pour vous montrer ce qui apparait à l'écran lorsque j'ouvre l'éditeur de photo.

L'éditeur s'ouvre normalement mais les modules qui devraient se déclencher au préalable n'apparaissent plus et je me retrouve

avec cet écran vide de toutes fonctionnalités.

Par exemple, si je clique sur Edition, une barre verticale apparait sans rien d'exécutable et c'est ainsi pour tous les menus.

J'ai vu sur des forums que d'autres personnes avaient le même problème, dû selon eux à une mise à jour de windows 10.

(j'ai windows 10 d'ailleurs).

Si vous pouviez m'apporter une solution à ce problème, ce serait super, car c'est dommage d'avoir un tel logiciel qui coûte un certain

prix et de ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser.

N'hésitez pas à donner plus de détails en français, vous verrez que ce n'est pas la langue qui pose problème dans ce forum. Les plug-ins ne sont pas ma spécialité, mais je ne serai pas le seul à essayer...

Ce qui peut aider c'est de décrire exactement ce que vous voyez, ce qui se passe à l'écran, les messages d'erreur, de poster des copies d'écran (7ème icone de la barre d'outil ci-dessus...)

Comment le programme se ferme-t-il ? Avec ou sans message, êtes-vous dans l'obligation de l'arrêter par la barre de tâche ?

Hi,

I am trying to say you what is not Ok in my photoshop elements 12, but excuse me for my english langage.

My photoshop was runnig normally until now and this last month, the software opens very good but the plug-ins no.

Nothing is running.

How can I change this problem ?

Hi,Can you give us some more information please:-Which operating system are you running on?

Which program is failing - organizer or editor or both?

Do you see any error message?

Did it ever run ok and has only just started failing?Brian
