Photoshop Elements 12 menu bar font

Lately when I try to open a menu bar item (such as File, Edit, Find, View, Help) the font for the options in the drop down box is so big that one option overlaps the other.

Can anyone please help me with this?

    also check in windows 10 display settings Scale and layout is et to 100%

    I have the opposite problem. My menu text font is so small that I cannot see individual commands. How can we change the font?
