You also purchased an upgrade to the most recent version of Photoshop Elements, @caracan0 . Were you able to install and utilize the software successfully?
@caracan0, please explain why you have to install Elements 12. How many computers have you installed the program on? If you are installing the program on a new computer, or on an old computer with a new OS or new hardware, did you sign out of the program? Or did you uninstall it? If you did not sign out of the program, is the computer still available for you to do so?
@Peru Bob and @Glenn 8675309, I'm afraid you are both wrong. The OP's screenshot suggests that the product has been downloaded from the Products page of his Adobe Account. All of those download links are still available (at least from version 10 forward). And Elements 12 is Version 12, not Version 14. Rebranding began with Version 16 which is Elements 2018.
@caracan0, I am going to ping @Jeffrey_A_Wright, an Adobe employee who may be able to know whether you have any activations available. Don't expect an answer until after the weekend. It would be helpful to him if you answer my questions. In the meantime, enjoy the Olympics. 😊
When I said the downloads were removed, I meant that they were removed from the link locations on the prodesigntools site. I did not mean to say that they were not available from a user's account.
I should have been more clear about that. Thank you for clarifying the situation.
