Photoshop Elements 12-Text tools failure

It is with great frustration that I am now using this programe because I cannot input text. It just say "something prevented the text engine from being initialized. Please help me!

    Please follow steps from

    Error message when using the Text tool

    It will definitely solve your issue.

    I have tried solution 1-4. None works.

    It did not solve the issue. I do not have Font Cache at all.

    Please propose another method.

    Hi ,

    This Kb article is based on Elements 14 .

    Folder structure are little different for Elements 12

    In solution number - 3

    Instead of "CT Font Cache" delete "TypeSupport folder".
