Is it possible to license upgrade PSE 12 32 bit to PSE 2022 64 bit?

@ronmel49, You can currently purchase PSE 2022 for US$69.99. There is no "upgrade" discount at this price.

    Hi and thanks.

    But I have the opportunity to choose an upgrade at a lower price from Adobe. But I wanted to be sure that it applies to such an old version as PSE12 32 bit is to PSE2022 64 bit, before I paid for it.
    But I found another better offer. Bought a full version from a reseller at a lower price than an upgrade price from Adobe.
    This applies to Sweden.

    Version 12 is eligible for an upgrade discount.

    You have found, however, that the upgrade pricing isn't always the lowest price available.
