Bij het opstarten krijg ik een window waarin de algemene voorwaarden staan daar staat dan een knop om je aan te melden.

 

Dezeknop Aanmelden blijft grijs.

 

Kan ik niets mee.

als ik het venster afwil sluiten krijg je de vraag of ik af wil sluiten

Ja

Maar die kan ik ook niet gebruiken.

 

Zo doende kan ik Elements niet opstarten

    My German is not very good, but I think you need to scroll down to the bottom of the Terms and Conditions before the "Accept" button becomes active.
