Photoshop elements

My photoshop elements suddenly stopped working earlier this year. It opens up but i cant edit files, the colour wont work nor the text. I cant open a new file, it crashes, gives error msgs. Is there a way I can contact adobe in the UK?

I bought it back in 2017 possibly, its paid for so it should't crash like this. 

Can anyone help?

If you have the latest  MAC OS only:   You're going to need to purchase the latest version of PSE. 

Really need to know your OS (and version if a MAC) to assist you with this....
