Photoshop Elements 13

Photoshop Elements 13 installed on MacBook Pro. The Elements Organiser loads but the Photo Editor crashes every time I start it. This is a recent download and installation. Adobe help say they cannot help as they are not trained for 13, on the new one 16. I despair. Can anyone help?

Photoshop Elements 13 is now working. There was a down load for it on the Adobe site.
