Hi. I installed Photoshop Elements 13 on my new desktop pc & it tells me that my S/N for it is invalid. I had this program on my old desktop pc & it worked fine. It says that I need to deactivate my old pc. What can I do to remedy this? Please help.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser) and only ask to have your activations reset:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Peru Bob,

Thank you for the tips. I talked to someone via chat & they took care of it. I think I am going to have to talk to someone again. It still comes up with that error message when I open the program, but it lets me use it without doing anything. So if it locks up again I will call them back & talk to someone. I really appreciate your time & help. You have a great day!

You may be using a trial.  Is there a watermark on the exports?
