Photoshop Elements 13

Hello All,

 

Maybe someone can help me. I have tried to contact suppport and they told me to come here. I have rebooted my desktop and laptop over the years not remembering to deactive my product photoshop elements 13. The chat support said they can't dectivate the product as they used to in the past because i don't have a subscription and I have reached the maximum allowed computers. Does anyone know other then having to pay out the butt for a new update or get on a subscription to use my serial number and use my paid product on my new desktop?

 

Any information would be gratefully appreicated. Thank you kindly in advance.

The agent did not do their job properly.  Another agent should be able to help you.

Ask for a supervisor if necessary.

 

Please go back to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
