Question

Photoshop Elements 13 and 14

I purchased a new computer and am running Windows 10. I transferred both PSE 13 and 14 to the new computer. I uninstalled it from the old machine, but perhaps I didn't do it correctly. When I try to edit an image using either 13 or 14 using the new machine, I can only edit one image. The editor stops working and I must then exit the entire program, wait some time, and then I can go back in and edit one more image, but not more than one. What can I do to correct that? WIs something corrupted? Will it help to uninstall and reinstall the programs? If I did not uninstall properly from the old computer, is there some way to reset the counter to show that I am not using PSE on more than 2 computers?

I also received a notice that an update is available for PSE 13, but it won't install. I get an error U44M1P7. Are the problems related?

I understand you are facing issue with install & un-install of Adobe Elements.

To un-install Adobe Elements you can use this cleaner tool.

or

- After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.(Windows)

- After installation please double click its icon by searching it on finder to complete the installation (Mac)

Please click here to download Adobe Premiere Elements .

- It will be downloaded as a trial version & the file has a pack of multiple languages that includes "English" but when during installation you will mention your adobe id, password & serial number then it will become full version .

Transferred or installed?

If not a proper installation, then use the Adobe Cleaner Tool:

Use the Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

and do a proper install from here:

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Then update your video driver directly from the video card manufacturer's site.

The license is for 2 machines.

However, you can deactivate via the Help menu. I think that this is a good idea, esp. if you are not using the old computer.
