Photoshop Elements 13 Editor doesn't open, just crashes – WHY?!

When I open Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Editor, the programme doesn't open. It simply crashes and leaves me with a 'Problem Report' – a box full of code saying the editor quit unexpectedly.

I don't know how to fix this, please help!

I understand you are facing issue with the crash of Elements 13.

Could you please provide me the following information?

- Are you using a Windows Machine or a Mac?

- Have you updated Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 yet?

- Are you getting same issue while opening Adobe Organizer?

- For how long you have been facing this issue?

- Are you using any 3rd party antivirus in your machine?

- Could you please also provide us the crash logs from your machine?
