Photoshop Elements 13, [How to use it on 2 laptops and 1 desktop?]

Hi I have taken Photoshop Element off my Desktop after a box was coming up that I had the app on too many machines, I have got 2 laptops and 1 desktop, now I have uninstalled from desktop, but still no joy about using Photoshop still.  Does this mean I can only use the programme on 1 machine?
