Photoshop Elements 13 & MAC OS 10.12.2

Hello Everyone, having problems installing my Photoshop Elements 13 using MAC OS 10.12.2 Sierra Software.

I receive the following error message whether using the original DVD or installing from the Abode site.

Is MAC Sierra not support by Elements 13?  If I need to upgrade to 15, won't I have to have 13 already installed and of course it won't.  Help Please 

By the way, Adobe Support Advisor is not available anymore.

    Hi Sylvanye,

    I tried at my end by installing PSE13 on Mac 10.12.2, it got installed fine. Thus, it is not 10.12.2 specific issue. Now, we need drill down a bit more. Please try cleaning your machine using Adobe Cleaner and then reinstalling PSE13. Follow the steps mentioned in Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.

    Please let me know if this doesn't help.
