Photoshop Elements 13 Reinstallation

I had a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, however lost it after wiping my storage. After redownloading and running the installer for it from my Product History, I get an error message saying I am missing the file archive part of Photoshop 13. After some research, I believe my problem is that I did not deactivate my copy of photoshop before deleting it. What are my next steps?

    Which operating system are you running on?

    You could try downloading from here

    Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, and earlier versions.
