Photoshop Elements 13 - Save to web results in crash...

Help!

I just want to save a high quality image of my project through 'Save To Web' - but unable to as it crashes every time.

When I click on 'Save To Web' I get the dialogue box asking me my preferences - all of which respond to being changed (I only want JPEG Maximum quality..)

But when I hit save the whole program CRASHES!!!

I have closed and opened the program..

I have restarted my computer.

I have deleted the adobe editor plist file in my computer library.

No joy.

Mui frustrating!

P.S. Simply 'Saving As' a JPEG does not give me the high quality of text that I need etc..

Thanks so much for your time in advance!

    We need some more information.

What is the resolution of the image file? Go to Image>resize>image size and read the resolution in px/in, then report back.

The resolution is low for printing. The rule of thumb is a resolution in the 240-300 px/in range for printing. 240 is ok for web work.

It would help if you post your picture (or similar). Perhaps we can offer suggestions to salvage it.
