Photoshop Elements 13; Slideshows

Hello,

I am using Adobe Elements 13 to create slideshows.  It randomly crops some pictures to lose content.  Searching shows that there "used to be" an option box to fill the frame proportionately", but I cannot seem to find that?  Can anyone offer a fix for this?  There doesnt seem to be a pattern.
