Photoshop Elements 13 update

I am not able to install update 13.1.  Receive message that update is not applicable, error code U44M1P28.

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I understand you are facing issue with updating Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.

Can we follow the following steps:

- Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Windows.

or

Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Mac.

- After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.(Windows)

- After installation please double click its icon by searching it on finder to complete the installation (Mac)

- Open Adobe Elements

- Click "Help"

- Click " Updates"
