Question

Photoshop Elements 13....won't accept serial number

I am installing this on a computer and it tells me the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. I no longer have a computer that has this program installed so I can't very well deactivate it. I hate software that does this. I guess I just toss it in the trash, Huh?

I assume you purchased this from Adobe or an authorised reseller back in the day.

Contact Adobe Customer Care to get your activation count reset.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Click the chat icon in the bottom RHS of the screen.

In the rare case where they may refer you to the forums because version 13 is unsupported, make clear that you just want the activation count reset. These forums cannot help with that.

I did that and he referred me to here. I'll try again

They should not refer you here if you make it clear that you need your activation count reset.
