Hi all,

I have been using this successfully for some time but in the last couple of days, I get the error message "could not complete request because active layer is empty" followed by "could not complete command because there is not enough memory".

My PC has enough memory so I am at a loss after uninstalling and reinstalling the same problem arises. Any ideas?

    A lot of customers have been experiencing this problem and it looks like it is caused by the latest Microsoft update for the Windows operating system.

    In those circumstances it seems necessary to create a new file in the registry and to enter a memory (RAM) value manually.

    Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10

    I tried but failed. My system is only 4GB, it is a few years old. I adjusted to the fact I was dealing with P.E.14 and allowed for an adjusted RAM of 4GB.
