Photoshop elements 14

I recently replaced my hard drive in my lap top. I re installed photoshop elements 14. Before the new hard drive I had screen options EASY,EXPERT,GUIDED, now I have a screen that just blank. Ive reinstalled pse14 several times. It always comes up with an error and asks me to shut down the laptop and try again. Ive done this a number of times with no success. Can you help.

    Hi Kenh,

    Sorry to hear that, could you try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer's site?

    Could you please let us know the exact error you're seeing on the screen?
