Photoshop Elements 14

I recently spoke to custumer service about my serial number and managed to get it sorted. Yet when I go to install photoshop. It begins to install and then just stops. A message pops up saying installation error and gives me a list of options which are restart your computer, exit all applications and close the window and launch installion again. All of which I have carried out with no results just the same message.
