Hi. I am trying to transfer my elements 14 from my redundant pc to my new pc but my password doesnt work. Tried requesting new password but that doesnt work either. Paid version. Any ideas please?

thx, disk has a 17 not 16 digit number and box has nothing resembling a serial number. Any ideas

First you asserted that your your password does not work, and that a reset failed. Now there is a new wrinkle - - serial number is flawed.

You have to install the software. Do you have the disk and serial number?
