photoshop elements 14

My photoshop elements 14 suddenly stopped working on my Mac.  If I go to Premier elements & try to open the photo editor, it freezes.  The organizer & video editor work fine.

    Can you launch directly from Finder?

    /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 14/Support Files

    Right-click (control-click) on the editor application inside the support files folder and choose “Open”

    no the does not work either. It appears to bounce in the task bar and then disappears

    Try launching the Editor whilst simultaneously holding down the three keys (Cmd+Optn+Shift)

    After two or three seconds release the keys and you should see a pop-up to delete the prefs. Click “Yes” to delete the settings.
