Question

Photoshop elements 14 doesn't work, disk won't run, cannot reinstall!

Either it is corrupt, or ( I share a computer ) or it was uninstalled somehow, though I don't see how that is possible.

The disk provided is invisible to the PC, it will NOT run, just open the tray. Program lists do not show Photoshop. It WAS installed and working, now nothing. I have ALL the original disks and passwords and installation codes and materials?

So, does Adobe imagine I will just keep forking out for replacements? What a TERRIBLE product! I'm not an expert, but I'm hardly a novice either, I've done IT and have used computers for 17 years.

ANY THOUGHTS OR EXPLANATIONS HERE????

GEE THANKS ADOBE, GREAT PRODUCT!!!

You might search Microsoft – Official Home Page  for help with Windows and autorun settings

If you use Windows file manager, does it SEE the disc so you can run the setup program

Or, download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339

-kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2260248 will help

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs
