Photoshop Elements 14 - erneute Installierung fehlgeschlagen

Hallo,

Ich musste Photoshop deinstallieren und versuche nun das Programm wieder zu laden.

Offenbar ist etwas in der Registry oder sonst wo, was die Installation verhindert.

Wenn ich mittels DVD installiere, kommt (nach dem Akzeptieren der Lizenzbedingungen) bereits

ein halbwegs ausgefüllter Reg.-Key. Ich  kann diesen komplettieren und die Installation läuft weiter

bis ca. 60% - danach die Meldung "fehlgeschlagen" mit untenstehender Beschreibung.

Was kann ich tun? Mir gehen die Ideen aus...

    I can’t see any errors so the Microsoft repair may work.

    Yes you can use the Adobe download with your disk serial number.

    Go to Windows control panel and try repairing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

    Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements, and Photoshop Elements

    After repair or update use the direct download instead of your installation disk.

    Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    As my knowledge in IT issues is not very good please check if I am right saying that there are no fatal errors reported in the

    DLM.log file:

    Further is it correct having repaired all the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable dated 18.01. (those which

    seem to be not downloaded yet with the numbers 11.0.6130.0 and 12.0.30501.0)

    As I have a box version is it possible to download the program from Photoshop elements (same license key?)
