Photoshop elements 14 freezes at startup for a few minutes. When removing connection to the internet before launching PS everything works fine. I reinstalled PS without result.

It seems like PS connecting to adobe, but there is no response coming.

I was offerd to buy the 2022 version. But I decided to wait a few days. All of a sudden the problem disappeared. So problem solved for me.
