Photoshop Elements 14 I get a message saying I have installed it too many times (I have only installed it 2 times)

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and it has has worked perfectly until now. Now I get a message saying I have installed it too many times (I have only installed it 2 times)" .

They told me to reach out to the Adobe Community for help because they can't help me due to they don’t support Elements 14 anymore.
