PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 14 INSTALLATION PROBLEMS

Question

Hi, I'm facing problems trying to reinstall photoshop elements 14 from dvd. After several failed attempts I opened install.log file and ond on the bottom there are two fatals.

The first FATAL says that "Something is an empty string. This should not have happened"

and the second FATAL says "Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 113 error message"

I deactivated computer's antivirus but the installation problems remained.

Can anyone help me with that ?

This seems to be a server connection issue.  Try downloading and installing the free CC Cloud desktop application.  There is no need to purchase any subscription, but it may help with getting a connection to the activation servers.
