Photoshop Elements 14, Lightroom 6 Installation auf neuem Laptop

Hallo,

beim Installieren wird eine 2 stufige Abfrage durchgeführt und mir ein Code per Email zugeschickt. Die EMail kommt aber nicht an.

Ich versuche seit mehreren Tagen.

Die Email ist gültig und aktuell.

Im Spam Ordner ist auch keine Email.

What OS are you using? This is a user-to-user forum.  We cannot help you with whatever code you are being sent.  You talk about email not coming to you.  You have not answered who is supposed to send you an email code.  That suggests that you have been the victim of a spammer.

 

Did you install Elements 14 via download or via disc?

 

With the little information you have provided, the only reason I can suggest for the failure to install Elements 14 is that you have not deactivated it on your prior machine.  If that is the case, you need to contact Adobe support and tell them that you need to deactivate your installations.

 

Since this is the Photoshop Elements 14 forum, you may have better help with your Lightroom 6 problem by posting on the Lightroom Classic Forum.

Who is supposed to send you the code?

you ask me via EMail, if I my problem is solved, after some Email communication.

 

The problem is not solved!!!

Adobe dosn't allow me to install my Adobe products at my new Laptop. Why? Answer:"The servers are down". To be honest: I do not need any server from Adobe, except checking the Adobe ID.

So what shall I do? I do not need any new versions of the software I'm completly satisfied with the one I'm using currently at my PC. In case of Lightroom no new version is available. And it's a question of time, when I need a new installation at my PC , I will also lost them at my PC. That's a real pity.

 

If Abobe has any official answer to this problem (I'm quite shure I'm not the only one) please provide me.
