Photoshop Elements 14 on Mac book pro

Hi everyone, I have downloaded Photoshop Elements 14 from the App store. The main prog works fine but I can't get the 'Quick Edits' and the 'Guided Edits' to work at all Is this a common problem on Mac books?

Please can anyone help me?

Maybe I could delete my copy and get another copy.....but would this be chargeable from the App store?

Can you please provide us with a screenshot depicting your problem? Do the Guided/Quick room panels not load fine?

Hi Andaleeb,

Sorted......... after trying and trying everything..well almost everything. I thought to myself, I wonder if it was more of an 'Apple' problem.

I went to the apple UK tel helpline (free) and after about 20 minutes of guided help by an amazing gentleman, it was sorted.

It seems that often Apple does not close down it's progs completely and this was the root of the problem.

Once I went into 'Force Quit', found in the drop down menu under the apple symbol in top left hand corner and then re loaded the prog all was well.

The problem has occurred again but solved again with 'forced quit.

Thought I would add this as I have see out there on the www other people having the same problem as me.
