Photoshop Elements 14 organiser won't open

after chatting to apple yesterday they say this PSE14 isn't compatible with 10.12.1 that adobe should create an update is this going to happen if not should there be a refund on money paid for an application i have barely had the chance to use. Adobe have been saying for a long time they are working to sort this with apple. how long do we have to wait???????

    Hi Robert,

    An update to Photoshop Elements 14 is available on Mac App Store that has the fix of Elements Organizer launch issue on MAC OSX 10.12. Requesting you to please install this update and let us know if you are still facing any issue.

    The PSE14 Organiser is working for me on Mac OS Sierra - click screenshot image below.

    I'm using the regular version.

    The problem may be confined to the app store version.

    Is that what you are using? If so Adobe is aware and are working closely with Apple.
