Photoshop Elements 14 problems

Since a Windows 10 upgrade around April 2018, I have not been able to save any edits made in Elements 14 s I am told there is not enough RAM. I never had any issues before, have uninstalled then reinstalled the programme but I now have an unusable photo editing programme and cannot afford to upgrade. Is there a solution to this problem?

    The latest Windows 10 (1803) update has created this major Microsoft bug.

    Explanation and solution:

    I have tried to do this and found it to be very difficult for someone who has never made any complicated adjustments before. I thought I had done it all in the proper order but have found that Photoshop Elements 14 has disappeared from my PC.

    I have tried to reinstall it but because it was a web download I have no licence number and also none of my pictures on Windows will load! Help!!
