Photoshop Elements 14 startet nach Windows Update nicht mehr

Hallo nach einem automatischen Update startet Photoshop Elements 14 plötzlich nicht mehr. Es erscheint kurz im Task Manager und verschwindet dann einfach wieder. Es erscheint kein Startbildschirm, aber auch keine Fehlermeldung.

Ich habe das Programm deinstalliert und neu installiert, es wurde auch angezeigt, dass die Installation erfolgreich war.

Ich habe Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable für Visual Studio 2012 installiert, hat auch nichts gebracht.

Kann mir jemand helfen???

    Hi,

    Yes you can delete that folder.

    If your Organizer is not launching then clean the preferences form this location: C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Elements Organizer\{version number}\Organizer

    Request you to please clear the application preferences.

    For this, keep Ctrl + Shift + Alt keys pressed and launch the application. Click Yes to the prompt that appears and see if the application runs fine.

    Hello, thank you for your fast reply. I tried your instruction and chose "yes" to the prompt "allow the application to make changes to your system?".  Unfortunately nothing happened.

    Maybe you have another idea?

    Close the application.

    Manually delete the preference file from location mentioned in this link- Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements

    Now see if Organizer works fine.

    Habe jetzt auch Ligthroom 64 Bit dll (msvcr80.dll und msvcr100.dll) installiert, kein Erfolg.

    Und wie gesagt, der Startbildschirm öffnet sich schon gar nicht, es erscheint einfach kurz die "Sanduhr", dann ist sie wieder weg und nichts passiert.
