Photoshop Elements 14 - unable to save due to "not enough ram"

when i take the haze out of a photo and try and save it it tells me that there is not enough of ram i have 4 gig of ram this has only started since i reinstalled elements 14 can any one help

    I'm not sure if you made a typo in your post, but the latest version is Elements 2020, which is actually version 18 of the program.  If you are buying new, make sure you are getting the latest version.

    sorry i meant 2019 version I am not going to try and load 2014 any more also i have been looking at gimp and it is free thankyou for all your replies

    Could you please confirm the operating system of the computer you are using? And did you try to restart the computer after applying the changes mentioned in the article?

    Do you have other applications open or running in the backgroung?

    Try restarting the computer.
