PHOtoshop elements 15

Hello,I have photoshop elements 15 full license version active on my account however it will not upload photos from my memory card to photoshop.

it seemed to have asked for it to be updated then asking for serial number which I typed in only to say it is already registered.

How do I resolve this so I can upload and edit my photos.
