Photoshop Elements 15

I have Windows 11 which I use Photoshop CC and Lightroom which runs fine, I also have Photoshop Elements 15, this I use now and again.

For some reason now when I boot Elements 15 it  begins to load and then crash, can anybody help ?. This has only just started to happen up until now it has worked fine.
